Our dentures.

Milled Denture

These are the optimum in removable denture construction. The materials are produced and cured in a very stable environment in a factory, allowing the materials to maximise the durability, stability, biocompatibility. The denture is designed in software on a computer, using scanned impressions of the mouth. This designed is then milled out of the material on our milling machine. Giving a denture that most accurately represents the impression that was taken, with no shrinkage or imperfection in the materials, and a higher level of accuracy.

Printed Denture

These are quicker and easier for us to make. The fit is just as accurate as the milled denture, and the design is the same. However, the materials are not as high-quality. The appearance of the teeth is a little flatter, and the materials are more difficult to keep pristine and clean in the mouth. We can produce these for a cheaper price, allowing someone who wishes to spend less on their denture to still have a denture with a precise fit and optimum design at a more manageable price point. The denture is designed in software on a computer, using scanned impressions of the mouth, and 3d printed on our machines in the laboratory.

Milled Removable Bridge

These are partial dentures that are milled out of tooth coloured material, that is slightly flexible and has a high resistance to fracture. Allowing the protheses to be very thin and small, with no metal clasps, and are supported on the surrounding teeth. These are very forgiving and unintrusive in the mouth, very good in situations where there are not a large number of missing teeth.

Metal Denture

These are partial dentures that have a metal framework. They have been around for a long time, but the digital techniques we now use enable us to manufacture them more accurately. They are very thin and small and are able to replace some of the lost supporting tissue with gum coloured plastic. These are very unintrusive in the mouth but require a very precise fit to be effective. They are the most expensive of our partial dentures.

Implant Denture

These dentures require a combination of a number of our denture technologies. They require a metal framework, milled teeth, scanned impressions. The complexity in the construction makes them quite expensive to manufacture, however they provide the most natural ability to duplicate the natural teeth, in a situation where the natural teeth are no longer in place.
